Summary: In the spring of 2006 The 24 New Jersey CCRCs had 9959 units, of which 6725 were independent living, 1270 were assisted living and 1564 were skilled nursing/long term care. An additional 1224 units are planned, of which 559 will be at Cedarcrest and 350 at Seabrook. Fee increases averaged 5.04% in independent living units, 5.8% in assisted living, and 5.87% in skilled nursing. The full survey report provides data for each of the New Jersey CCRCs.
