Summary: In the spring of 2007 The 23 New Jersey CCRCs had 9937 units, of which 6868 were independent living, 1225 were assisted living and 1444 were skilled nursing/long term care. An additional 1073 units are planned, of which 265 will be at Cedarcrest and 380 at Seabrook.
