Summary: In the spring of 2009 The 24 New Jersey CCRCs had 10,204 units, of which 7,359 were independent living, 1,304 were assisted living and 1,541 were skilled nursing/long term care. Fee increases averaged 5.30% in independent living units, 5.75% in assisted living, and 5.40% in skilled nursing. The full survey report provides data for each of the New Jersey CCRCs.
