Dave Hibberson retired in 1994 and moved to Harrogate in Lakewood, NJ in 1997. Since then, he has served on the Lakewood Township Committee for Transportation and Safety, and on the Advisory Committee for Seniors in addition to serving as VP and President of the Harrogate Residents Association. He has been active with ORANJ since 2002, especially on the Legislative Committee where he is currently Acting Chairman. When he finds free time, he enjoys oil painting, swimming, travel and reading. |

He was born and educated in England and emigrated to the US in 1968
with his wife Marjorie and two small children. He has worked as a chemist
and engineer not just in England but also in the US and in Zambia in
Africa. He served in the Royal Air Force and worked in both the public
and the private sector, most recently at Victory Engineering in Springfield,
NJ, where he served as Director of Engineering.
