Gary Baldwin, President

Gary has been a resident of Seabrook Village for five years. During that time, he has served two terms on the Seabrook Village residents association and as resident ombudsman for Renaissance Gardens Health Care Center. For ORANJ he has been a member of the Legislative Advocacy Committee, and was Chair of the 2005 Erickson RAC Conference in Baltimore, MD.

During Gary’s professional career he was corporate officer in the mortgage banking industry and a career officer in the US Air Force. He earned a BA in Economics from Park U. in Parkville MO and an MBA from St. Mary’s U. in San Antonio, TX
