New Jersey CCRC contracts issued after November 15, 2018 must comply with the new law governing refundable entrance fees. Therefore on October 1 the NJ Department of Community Affairs sent Guidelines on the A2747- legislation to all NJ CCRCS .to ensure that new contracts will be amended to comply with the law.
