With responsive web design the site responds to the device that’s viewing it. ORANJccrc will “know” whether the site is being viewed through a smart phone, tablet, or computer and then do the right thing when it sends menus, text and images to the device. With a content management system no special software or expertise is required to add content, just a username and password. This post is being written by Maggie Heineman, ORANJ Communications Committee Chair, who has absolutely no idea how the site was constructed by her friend and neighbor Ann Campbell, ORANJ webmaster.
